What happened to the New and Used Box on Listing Page?

I just listed a new item and it listed properly. When I went to list another "new" item, the option box for "New" or "Used" item is missing. I tried accessing the "create listing" page from various sources and it still comes up without that option box. What happened?

Did you enter the "category"?? That would need to be done first in order for the "condition" box to appear.

Hi, well that worked this time, but I'm sure I entered it last time because I had the whole listing filled out when I noticed it missing. Well it worked now, so that's what I needed.
