First of all - Welcome to Auctiva!

Since you are unable to see your active listings on eBay now that you have signed up with Auctiva, I suspect eBay must have felt the need to "re-index" your listings when the Auctiva scrolling gallery was added to them. According to their help page on the topic, this process can take up to 6 hours.

If you decide you would like to cancel your Auctiva account, you can do so at any time by clicking the "My Account" tab within your account and then clicking the "Cancel" link on the ensuing page.
