What if I have 2 eBay accounts?

I've had an Auctiva account for many years, but I haven't used it for quite a while. I now have 2 eBay accounts. Can I use one Auctiva account for both eBay accounts or will I need a separate Auctiva account for each eBay account?

If I only need one Auctiva account, how do I set up a multiple eBay accounts?

would suspect tht since u need a ebay token for auctiva , u would need 2 auctiva accts one for each ebay id token but just a guess on this prob best to contact support

Hi glitzytreasures,

3-bs is correct. Only one Auctiva account can be linked to each eBay account and only one eBay account can be linked to each Auctiva account. Therefore, in order to use Auctiva with a second eBay account, you should open a whole new Auctiva account to use specifically with that eBay account.
