Hi a dutch auction is where you have 2 or more of the same item and list 1 auction selling the same item to multiple bidders for the lowest high bid if that makes sense? IE you have 20 widgets and start the price at .99 and someone says they want all 20 for 1.50 and I then bid 1.55 for 10. The auction ends with these bids. Since I was willing to pay more I get 10 for the previous bidders price of 1.50 and he gets the other 10. If you search eBay help you will find more on this.

When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
