Gladly. I am trying to create a detail profile. I go to the profiles tab. I click on create a details page. I scroll down to description. I cut/paste my description. Sometimes I have typed it in from scratch. I do this on the full-size editor. I click on save at the bottom of that full-size editor window. I go down to the template section and select a pre-ordained template from what auctiva offers. I save it. Then I go to the bottom of the page where it says "save detail profile as:" I type in the name I want to call it and click save. I then get this message in red at the top of the page "the following fields need to be corrected. Description." I scroll down to the description and it says in red underneat the item description box "description invalid". That's exactly what I'm doing. So if anyone can help me, I would certainly appreciate it. I've got a ton of stuff to list and I'm spending half my evening messing with this.
