What is going on? Nothing is working?

I've tried twice so far to list and nothing is working. If I do an error check the site just hangs forever and times out, I tried a preview and was brought back to the auctiva home page and my listing was gone! Now I just re-wrote every thing and it's not working again. If there is a problem it needs to be posted ASAP on the boards. It looks like other are having problems too and there are no answers.
What happend to your customer service?

I give up. Trying to do listings and keep getting an error page and loosing all the info I just typed in too.
