ARE THESE LISTINGS LOST FOR GOOD? DO WE HAVE TO START FROM STEP ONE IN OUR CREATION OF THEM? I HAVE
ALREADY SPENT FIVE HOURS TRYING TO GET MY LISTINGS READY TO SCHEDULE FOR TONIGHT, AND NOW MOST OF THAT WORK IS GONE.
IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE, AND UP UNTIL NOW I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH USING ACTIVA FOR MY
EBAY LISTINGS.

Before you click the 'save' button on the bottom of the listingpage, look to your right and see what FOLDER they are being saved to. default is probably 'no folder' go to your saved listing page:upper right links, and there you can choose different folders.

IF you are using the save link, your listings are still around.


NEVERMIND! found this:

1) When you are on your "Saved Listings" page and you choose to view the listings in one of your folders, the message "No saved listings found." will be returned. If you then choose to view listings in all folders again, you will still receive the same message.

If you encounter this problem, please log out of your Auctiva account and then log back in and, when you click the "Saved" link under the "Listings" tab, you will be able to see your saved listings again. Once this problem is resolved, you will be able to sort by folder once again.
