What is with the templates not loading?

What is the problem with the templates not laoding. I'm trying to list something and I can't get the template to load. The screen just sits there forever. Very frustrating! Anybody have any ideas?

Hi Janell,

From what you are describing, it sounds like you may have a pop up blocker enabled on your browser or system. Please try disabling all of your pop up blockers and hopefully you will no longer experience this issue.
