Please be aware that our Live Support was unavailable on Friday 8/14/20 and we  do not offer live support on weekends at this time, but Live Support has been operating again today as expected.

eBay had an issue that began late on Thursday and continued until approximately noon today where tokens could not be generated for accounts.  This was an eBay issue and eBay reports that it has been resolved and in our testing we have been able to generate tokens again.  You should be able to generate a token at any point now after logging in to your account.

Please also be aware that, as indicated in our response to tickets when they arrive, our support team is under an extremely heavy load at this time as well as contending with the difficulty of operating with the restrictions imposed by CV-19 and respond to tickets in the order that they arrive as rapidly as they are able.   We are responding to all queries as we can and Live Support is available again for plans that include it.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding in these matters.
