What is wrong with the Java uploader this morning?

Is it just taking a long time, or are you just getting error messages? What browser are you using? ....try switching browsers...I do that when things seem sluggish or I get error msg's..."most" of the time it works. I go between IE 7 and Mozilla Firefox. IE 7 has been quite sketchy lately, try using Firefox and see if that helps...or vice versa.

Along with the advice that Sell It Now stated.

Check those and if it doesn't work...Sounds to me like a pop up blocker...do you have Auctiva to be allowed? Or a fire-wall issue with the java enabling for that one particular Auctiva site.

Me too! I've been trying the java uploader from a Mac on Firefox. I had about 20 pictures, and after half an hour I gave up. I'm new to Auctiva-- is this normal for a Mac? For Firefox? I won't be able to use this service if it always takes so long to upload pictures.

Heck you're better than I am...30 minutes? I'd have given up in five...tops.

Nope this is NOT normal. I uploaded pics this am and they flew online so fast my computer was smoking.

There has to be some setting that isn't enabling this.

For FF are you using the IE extention? That might work.

You could have java enabling for this one particular URL blocked without your knowledge.

I wish I could help more...but I'm clueless to the wonders of a MAC. (I am looking for one though and might be asking you for help)

OH, good news....I GOT ENGAGED ON XMAS EVE

The Java uploader seems to work intermittently for me. Some days it does, some days it doesn't.

auctiva is just NOT working for me at all these last few days on IE 7....fine on mozilla. hmph! just stinks not being able to use the 'drag n drop' uploader to input bunches of pix's at once...now i hafta do 'em the sloooow way. LOL.

and THANK YOU kbalona, i'm excited, of course ....but just "lack" the funds for it we'll say so come on ebay bidders......BID AWAY...and buy me a Wedding! LOL *hehehe*
