I am more upset about eBay's policies on Top-Rated Sellers, than the Sellers themselves. I would say about 90% of our items go overseas, and it is a lot harder to please the world than just the USA. we have an average of a 4.97 on our DSR's with a 475 100% positive feedback. and we only get about half our feedback, because we still believe in giving it after receiving it. I wish ebay would rate Top-Rated sellers like they do Power-Sellers, from bronze to diamond. If a Seller can please the whole world then they should deserve a good score. As far as I am concerned eBay is unfair to the community as a whole, only letting USA sales count towards Top-Rated sellers, when all feedback is counted towards your DSR's.
