but what size are the templates used on auctiva ?

That depends...are you looking for a size as in deminsions or are you looking for the file size? What did you use an image slicer for? are you trying to make a template of your own or create one from an existing template? If you give some more info we can be of more assistance.

When we build our templates we usually start with a dimension of 760 pixels wide by around 600 pixels tall, but we also make our templates stretch both vertically and horizontally which means we include background images that allow for that stretching and make the template appear to grow without causing breaks between images.
