What Takes So Long For my Window to Show Up???

This is the 2nd week in a row that my auctions have been up for 2 days and my Store window is NOT updating.( Last week my window showed up on the 3rd day ) Is there something I'm not doing correctly? Here's one of my auctions :

go to http://www.auctiva.com/account/preference.aspx look in the section labeled "Listing Management" and make sure "Use Auctiva Store Window" is set to YES.

If it is set to YES, then need to file a support ticket. if it's set to NO, setting it to YES should fix it.

Hi Bruce. Guess I'm not the only one with this complaint then. Some of my listings are five day auctions. As it's been two days now and still not updated I guess it won't be woth the effort. Filed a help note and they said they would get back to be......Still waiting!!!

Hi Community,

We implemented a fix today that will append the store window to all items for which it was erroneously not appended to before. This process should conclude within 24-48 hours and the store window may appear in your listings any time between today and Friday.

If, on Friday, the store window has still not been appended to your active listings, please file a support case to let us know.
