what to do if you forget your username?

hi all.

OH OH ...

i used auctiva last year to sell a few things, but since then ive forgotten my user name and password. i was able to use the email i registered with to retrieve my password, but it still wont let me sign in without the proper user name. i tried my email address, and a few other guesses, but cant figure out what name i used. there dosent seem to be a way i can get it from auctiva, the email i got about the password didnt say anything. i cant create a new account because my ebay account is ticketed to the old auctiva one, so it wont let me link a new account to my ebay

any suggestions?

The only thing you can do is use the Help button and file a support request. (Scroll down a little and the link is on the right)
Auctiva should be able to retrieve it for you.
