Hi board - my first post. I am new to auctiva and think that it will help me save a lot of time on ebay listings. Several problems I am having. When I preview a post before listing it shows different than when I am in the listing feature. ie: I certain paragraphs are in different places in the listing box than when I look at them in the preview function.

Also, in the preview box, all my TOS, shipping, psyment details look exactly the same and same font, when they are listed to ebay, they are in different sizes and different fonts.

What I have read is it should be a WYSIWYG system and i am definitely having different results. Is there something that I could or should be doing without getting into the whole HTML process?

I called the auctiva number but only got a recording and have not received a return phone call.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do any auctiva techs read these boards that can get into my account and see what I am seeing?

thanks, brad

This is so frustrating! I frequently have similar problems. Wish I could tell you how to fix it!! My newest problem is when I go to list it. The 'Description' on the template, along with my written description, show up at the bottom of the page. Then I have to go to eBay and redo each listing, which is enough work, but then many of the listings won't allow any changes to be made. ???
What I have found is that I constantly use my refresh button on my browser everytime I preview. Especially after everytime I change something while making or altering my Auctiva listing. Try that everytime you use the Preview. Make sure that before you save that all your information is correct in the preview then close that window and save your listing.

I use the refresh when I first open a saved listing also. I think all this has something to do with cookies. Hope this helps as this drove me crazy too.
