I don't want to be rude but are problems with Auctiva ever going to be fixed.

I am getting tired of the answer to file a support case when nothing ever gets resolved with a support case.

It is just one headache after another that shows up constantly.

Does any one at Auctiva even care about the issues and their customers other than using lip service.

It used to be a good service to use, but has gone drastically downhill.

Does anyone even know how it is supposed to work any more?

It seems to work fine for just creating listings, but when they end, or import non Auctiva listings, the disasters start

We are aware of the issue you have encountered for listings on eBay AU and our engineers are looking into it. At this time, I have no ETA on when the issue will be resolved, but I have forwarded your comments regarding this issue along to our Product Management team for their consideration and will update this thread as soon as any new information regarding this issue becomes available.
