Hi BettyBoop,

Thanks for letting us know about this. We aren't experiencing any technical problems that would account for the behavior you have described, so I suspect this issue can be resolved through some troubleshooting.

If you are still experiencing this problem, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. So much so, that each time I do a new listing, I now close Auctiva and open it again as this prevents the problem.

What happens is this: When I edit a listing then try to change the pictures by clicking 'remove' on the existing ones, it freezes. Instead of removing them, the existing picture becomes reduced in size, but won't shift, and I'm stuck at that point.

OR, if I'm doing a new listing and try to add pics by clicking on the first box, the photo window won't load properly and freezes so I am unable to continue. Stuck again.

OR, I manage to get the listing written and photos added, but when I click on error check (or save or preview) it all freezes. Stuck yet again.

I have done all the suggested things - emptying cache, etc etc. Nothing works. I have lost count of the number of times I have had to re-do listings because of this, and as I say, I now close Auctiva and re-open it before starting any new listings, as sometimes the system will allow me to do one or two, but sooner or later this 'freeze-up' ALWAYS happens.

Can't be just me and Betty Boop....

Well, Mike...?

Me too, has this problem been resolved or is it on this end? I tried emptying all my history and temporary files, pop-up blocker is off. I have been trying to do listings all day and got one saved. The white screen with nothing comes up when you click on the buttons then it times out and you get a server busy error.

Hi Community,

While I understand that a few of you are experiencing similar behavior, the problems described in this thread are not originating on our end of things. If we were experiencing technical problems that were causing this to happen, there would almost certainly be hundreds of customers posting to this thread instead of just 3.

If you are still experiencing this problem, please follow up with our customer support team and we will be happy to continue working with you on your specific situation.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say I have this issue as well. I expect more people have this problem but haven't posted here. I have tried it at various times of the day and on various days but with no improvement, I also am ok on other sites so seems just to be auctiva.

Its always the pics bit that it freezes on, and usually the 2/3 item I set up.

Mike - Can you post a link to the troubleshooting bit so I can try what you suggest and see if it improves.

anacyclus - thanks for the tips will try them later.
