when I try to watermark, pic won't pull up to place the watermark..

When I try to watermark just one picture, the picutre is not pulling up so that I can see the placement of the watermark. Has anyone else had this problem?? Any suggestions? I'm on a Mac.

Hi Auctiva Jeff. I am using Firefox, so that isn't the problem. I worked on it several hours last night, just ended up downloading free software that will do it for me, but still having a few issues. Any other suggestions to for Auctiva? Thanks!
