When I upload templates info is missing.........

Hello to everybody! okay I must admitt I feel a little silly asking because this is probaly really simple. But when I chose the template of my choice, for example if it has the settings of description, shipping, payment and so on. When I view before saving it I only see the description info and none of the others. Sorry to be a bother but I'm new to this and I'd really appreciate it if someone could lead me a hand and tell me exactly what I am doing wrong, thanks!!!

Hi Lexy,

In order to use these sections of the templates in your listing, you must first create a seller details profile. To do this, please go to Auctiva -> Profiles(tab) -> Seller Details and enter all of your desired information for any of those sections you would like to use in your listings.

Then, when creating your listings, select your seller details profile from the "Select Seller Details" pulldown menu, which is located directly to the right of the "Select Template" button. When using a seller details profile, only the graphic heading for the sections for which you have entered info will be displayed in your listings.
