When will Special Delivery option be fixed for UK sellers?

Hello,
not sure i got the right category as this is my first time visitng the forums.
i have been using auctiva for a few months now with only occasional trouble, but this issue is really beginning to get to me. i can not do any "get it fast listings" until the special delivery split category option is updated on auctiva. i have had to do listings on auctiva without "get it fast" option & go into ebay after to fix it.... this isn't much of a time saver. might anyone be able to tell me when to expect a result? thanks

I know it's no consolation but I've been having the same problem when trying to list through turbolister too. It's getting to be a real pain, we have the option of editing each listing individually, once it lists on ebay or offering a less than perfect service.
