Where did the Parcel Post option go in the pull-down menu??

Whenever I list something now, I can't find the option for Parcel Post. Just priority, UPS, etc. This is the 2nd time now. Once yesterday and once today. Anyone else?

Of course Auctiva would never inform us of this before hand. I do know that when I list straight from eBay the Parcel post option is there, so I don't understand why not here. ??

I use First Class when weight is less than a pound and have had no issues with that. Is there a rate difference between first class and parcel?
