I'm trying to create a new listing, and there's no link for creating multiple variations.
Has Auctiva removed that feature?

Thanks for posting your question here. We still offer the option to create variation listings, but the option is only available for fixed price listings in certain categories so the “Add/Edit Variations” link will not appear on the Auctiva lister page until you have chosen “Fixed Price” as your Sale Type and a category that supports variations.
In order to find our more about which eBay categories support variations, I recommend reviewing the following page of eBay's help index: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sel...ions.html#categories
If you are unable to see the “Add/Edit Variations” link in a category that should support variations, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
