Where do they come from?

Has anyone developed a really good way of telling where your customers are coming from without asking "Please let us know where you heard about us". Traffic reports are vague at best. We have a lot of repeat business which is what we want, but where did they come from originally? All input appreciated.

I've wondered the same thing. It'd be nice to know what brought them to my listings so I know what's working..

I had a paid sellathon account long before I came to Auctiva and it was very helpful in telling how customers were finding me.

Well worth the $4.95

I used it to get the info I needed, made changes and confirmed that they were working and then cancelled the account!

Sellathon works in conjunction with Auctiva.

You receive a free 30 day trial when signing up.

I'm not sure about affiliates. I tried to sign for renewal via an affiliate so they would get a free month and I would have the joys of tracking..but it didn't work for the affiliate.

Krissie (Kristie?) with Sellathon is wonderful and goes heads above what is required of her job.
