In the Item Details, below the description editor you can select Sellathon Counter or No Counter. That should do it. You could then revise your listing in eBay and add a counter if you wish. Auctiva is working to get a counter system going again, I'm hoping it won't be through Sellathon.

So what you are saying is that I have to uncheck everyone of my auctions manually by hand one by one to have this removed. It is amazing that auctiva did not see the subscription snare that this would present to auctiva subscribers.

Ebay actually has a way of selecting all current auctions and putting a counter on them all at the same time with just a few clicks. I should have gone this route in the first place.

No way! Just change your master profile to have that unchecked.
I got a similar response from Sellathon, and they are history as far as I'm concerned. I had an open problem with Auctiva and they suggested I message them for the problem.

WaitressChik, you need to use the ebay "Revise your Item", and the "Free Page counter" is located in the Pictures and Details section of the listing editor. However, you may not be able to add the counter, once you have bids.

I have switched to using the Andale Counter. Andale was the contract service to ebay for counters until recently. Andale was bought by Vendio. Andale can automatically add the counter to all listing or dynamically add the counter using their status page. They use the token method, like Auctiva. They have at least got accurate counters and have a long history.....at least a good temporay solution.

I advised Auctiva to D R O P Sellathon and at least allow the ebay counter as an interum alternative. And that's my professional recommendation....

This only works for future listings using the master profile. It does not go in and edit all existing auctions in bulk. One has to manually remove them from all saved fully written auctions that will be listed in the future. All current auctions on ebay will ride with sellathon counters until the auctions are cancelled or run out of listing time. I am currently updating all my saved auction lists individually by hand, one at a time.

I will then go to ebay and revise all current listings in bulk with andale counters.
