Hi littleshopoftreasures,

While it is difficult to know for sure without looking at the listing in question, I am almost certain that the seller you are referring to entered those characteristics as custom attributes using the Custom Item Specifics option on the Auctiva listing creation page.

When you are using Custom Item Specifics, you can enter attributes that are not among the eBay recommended options by filling in the "Detail Name" and "Value" fields along the top of the Custom Item Specifics entry interface and then clicking the "Add" button.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx#

Thanks Mike, I will give it a try. I never understood what detail name value and meant. I thought they wanted the name of the manufacturer and the retail value of the item.
