Where has the COUNTER gone

Hi Beppe,

The only counter that you can select when creating your listings through Auctiva is the Sellathon counter. If you would like to use one of the counters offered on eBay's "SYI" form on your Auctiva created listings, you would have to add the desired counter through eBay's "Revise your Item" form.

Also, if you are experiencing problems with the Sellathon counter, I recommend contacting their customer support department by filling out the webform on the following page: http://www.sellathon.com/support.html
