Where have my listings gone?

Hi

I'm a newbie to auctiva and have just imported my ebay listings. I have 11 that were active and out of these I added extra images to 5 of them. When I go back to ebay and try and view items for sale only one item appears. I have also searched for the other items and they are all absent from searches. Some are ending in 2 days and I am wondering if they will appear before the auctions end? I would be grateful if anyone could enlighten me to what's happening? I thought this would would be easy, and now i'm panicing!

You didn't say "when" you opened your Auctiva account, but it takes a few hours for everything to be loaded into Auctiva.

Did you add the images through eBay or Auctiva? If you edited them through Auctiva it will take some time for them to show up.

Can you not find any of the 11 listings in your "My eBay"?

Unless you have ended the listings on eBay they are probably there.

I guess I am not much help, but I feel your auctions will be O.K. and if you stay with Auctiva you will be very happy.
