WHERE is my listing?? Where are half of my store images??

I am furious - having only just discovered that half of my listings aren't showing up in my scrolling store window and clearly haven't been for days. One listing is showing twice and one of my active listings is nowhere to be seen at all!! It's not showing on ebay but according to auctiva it's an active listing with 16 hits and 1 watcher. What the heck is going on??
