Hi, I am going to list some items with buy it now --best offers. I don't see it any more in Auctiva.
What's wrong here? Anyone has the same problem as me. Thank you!

Hi,
Select "Fixed Price" for the format and a Category for the item. That should produce a checkbox "Accept offers from buyers" under the Reserve Price box in the one-page. My quick check using the Nonfiction Books category # 378 got it to display. You might try that combination to see if you get the same result, if your category isn't working.
If I recall, there may be some eBay restrictions on use of BO by category. That might explain why you need to select Category for it to appear.

Same problem here. Every now and then the best offer disappears on the listing. Just save the listing and go back in and edit. It will be there now. Some little glitch in the auctiva system
