Welcome to Auctiva! There is actually only one way to relist items through your Auctiva account that will allow you to qualify for the relist credits that eBay offers. In order to relist your items in this manner, you will want to check the boxes next to them on your Closed Listings page within your Auctiva account and then click the blue "Relist" button.
Most things within Auctiva are updated upon the receipt of notifications from eBay reporting that an action has taken place. While those updated typically happen almost immediately, it is not incredibly common for some notifications to take a couple hours to be sent. We also have a reconcile service that runs on each Auctiva account every 4-6 hours that should handle any updates for which notifications are not received.
