I created a profile and went to create a new listing from profile and the profile isn't there?????

i got same problem
TODAY IS MAY 5TH 2009 AND I'M GETTING THE SAME THING.
Trying to create new listing from a master profile yet in the drop down it just says Select, my master profiles are not listed.
Any help out there please?
I know Auctiva has been going thru some changes but in the meantime there are plenty of errors with no answers.

I have a similar problem.
I have just logged in after a few weeks break and all my saved listings have disappeared, in fact all of them have gone!!!!
Live chat is not available for answers though.

Hi Chrissy,
There is now a drop-down menu on your Saved Listings page that says "Listings from last 30 days". If you click on the arrow to show the drop-down menu and select "all" it should have all of your saved listings. Hope that helps!
