Hi cocosbigcloset,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. Although none of the templates available in our template library behave in the manner you described, there are a couple different ways you can place full size versions of your images that do not have the “Click to Supersize” option in your listings regardless of which template you would like to use.

The first (and perhaps easiest) way to accomplish this is to place your images directly into the description editor using the “Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image” button on the description editor toolbar, instead of adding them to the Auctiva Image Selection section.

Any images that you place directly into the description editor will appear full size within the description and will not display a “Click to Supersize” link.

Alternatively, if you are using a custom template, you could potentially change that tags that are used to specify where and how the selected images are displayed when the template is used to make your images appear in this manner.

From the custom template editor, you can create the tags necessary to to make any images added to the Auctiva Image Selection section show up in this manner, by choosing “Original Images” from the “Choose Image Type” drop down menu and then clicking the Image links above to add enough image tags to the template to support the maximum number of images you may want to use.

If you would like to create a custom template from one of our existing templates, you can do so by mousing over the “Listings” tab, selecting the “Customize” option under Custom Templates and then choosing the template you would like to modify. Once you have saved a custom template in your account, you will be able to find it in the template library under the category “Custom”.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with this, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

Hi cocosbigclosets,

Thanks for the clarification.

I reviewed each of the custom templates saved within your account and all of them are currently using the [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES], which is the default tag that is used in all of our templates to determine where and how the description and images will be displayed when the templates are used.

In order to modify any of these templates to use full size images, you will need to delete the [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES] that is already present and replace it with a [DESCRIPTION] and enough individual original image tags to support the maximum number of images you may need to use.

You can add the [DESCRIPTION] to your custom template by placing your cursor in the desired location within the template editor and then clicking the “Description” link in the Custom Template Tags section to the right.

Similarly, you can add each original image tag to your template by placing your cursor in the desired location and clicking the appropriate links labeled “Image 1” through “Image 24” in the Custom Template Tags section while “Original Images” is selected from the “Choose Image Type” drop down menu.

The tags for your original images will look like [IMAGE1_ORG], [IMAGE2_ORG], [IMAGE3_ORG] and so on once they have been added to the custom template editor.

-Mike
