which view are my viewers seeing & paying?

First use of Auctiva, a newbie
I have postage rates calculated on the items I sell. When I go to an item through ebay and click on calculate the postage is $7.60. Then if I click on the item through auctiva the calculated postage is $9.25 for the same item. I have more than one item that does this. Why are they different and which one is my viewers seeing or paying?

I just checked again and it seems to have fixed itself. The shipping charges show the same.
