white around pictures

Hi,
I have worked up a few rudimentary custom templates. My problem is that when I put in a picture, it has a white area around the picture that looks dumb. This white area always shows on everything except the white backgrounds. Then, of course, it blends in. What do I do about this?

You can try using our new image tag [IMAGE1_URL] that will insert only the image URL into your auction. This way you have more control over its appearance. For example you could add <img src='[IMAGE1_URL]' border=0>. Hope that helps!
