WHY ARE ALL MY LISTING DESCRIPTIONS DISAPPEARING!

I AM SO DARNED MAD, I'VE DONE NOTHING BUT WASTE YET ANOTHER DANG DAY AGAIN DUE TO THIS CRAP! I HAD 'SAVED' LISTINGS, SO THAT I COULD GO BACK, CREATE SIMILIAR LISTINGS FROM THESE SAVED LISTINGS. YET WHEN I GO BACK TO THEM, TO THE 'CREATE A SIMILIAR LISTING' THING, GO INTO THE LISTING, BOOM, ALLLLLLL THE DESCRIPTION--GONE, GONE, GONE, GONE! INCLUDING THE ONE & ONLY ITEM I WAS ABLE TO LIST TODAY!!!! GRRRRRRRR! WHAT THE HECK AM I PAYING FOR?! RIDICULOUS! PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN THIS WILL BE FIXED, I WAS IN THE REGULAR AREA, NOT THE LARGE DESCRIPTION AREA. THIS IS SO DARNED DISAPPOINTING THAT WE PAY FOR THIS!

Hi- Imrntx. .
Sorry you are having issues, wish I could help. I do hope you have written support. Also before you write them clear cookies and cache, etc., as that will be first thing you are told. After you do that see if they re-appear. IF not write them and let them know you cleared.

I am sure there is something going on that they can help you with.

Imrntx--for the heck of it, try going into the actual saved listing (as opposed to listing similar) and see if the description is there.

One thing that cleared up some of the nbsp and other listing corrupters was hitting the little w (like a msword w) above the description area, where font size etc is and pasting or writing in that little box.

Sorry for your frustration.
