why are my images showing as unedited ????

I've had this problem for months now. Auctiva support insists that I'm hallucinating or something, clear your cookies and cache, etc, etc., etc. Don't expect any help from them on this - they'll insist it's something you've done incorrectly. If I upload via Firefox, seems to be okay so far.

I am new and I do not understand why my edits for my images sometimes save and sometimes they don't. It is driving me crazy. I have gone through tutorials and if I rotate I "save" and then if i "crop" I save. The rotate edit may show up as saved but the cropping doesn't. Then when I go back in to crop again........in the edit field it will show the cropping that I previously did, but then when I go to images--the picture does not show cropping.
