why are my lintings not imported to auctiva

I have some toddler and childerns clothing listings that are no longer imported over to Auctiva? any suggetions?

Hi golfer222111,

I just reviewed your Auctiva account and it appears all of your current eBay listings have already been imported, so perhaps this occurred automatically since you created this thread.

In the event that you still have active eBay listings that have not been imported into your Auctiva account, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
