Why are only 1/2 my ebay relists showing up in Closed file?

Hi there. I'm a Newbie and I apologize if this is a repeat question. I tried to find a Search bar to prevent a repeat question, but I found none on your site.

Anyway, I only show a few items in my Closed Folder. I thought everything was supposed to be automatically imported? How do I transfer a listing that originated on ebay that I want to relist with Auctiva? Thanks for anybody's help!!

I have soooo many questions but I'll start with that one.

Hi Queenie,

When you sign up for an Auctiva account, we import your listings that have closed over the past 30-60 days into your Auctiva account. In addition, as your listings expire, they will also be imported to your Closed Listings page.

If you are unable to find certain items on your Closed Listings page, our support team may be able to help. For further assistance with this matter, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:http://www.auctiva.com/free_auction_software_help/help.aspx
