why are there so many problems with auctiva?

Having problems with items posting tonight too.

Also, frankly I do not use auctiva check out. And to be honest when I get Auctiva or channel advisor I hate it. If I knew ahead of time that seller used these, I simply would not buy item.

Channel advisor is worse than auctivas. I feel both are a waste of my time when checking out as a buyer.

What exactly is advantage as a seller? Just curious why people use it??? I know there must be some good reason.

I never use Auctiva Checkout on my Auctions and also hate it when I come across a Seller that forces me to use it.

However, that is the Auctiva system. Use it or don't.

It is outrageous that my Listings aren't going to Ebay and Auctiva can't be bothered to inform us there is a problem and when it will be resolved.

And yet we are paying for this crappy service.

Switching to S.S. would be a pain but this is ridiculous.

None of my scheduled listings posted tonight, again. Why does this seem to be a recurring problem with Auctiva. It's so frustrating.

I have been trying to post auctions to ebay all night and none are being posted. It says that that have been submitted but none are showing up on ebay, what is going on and why are they posting? It would be nice if Auctiva would let the ones that are paying for a service but not getting it, what is going on. I have wasted so much time trying to get things to post, Auctiva has become a joke since they have started charging for their service. Strange that when it was free it worked but now that we pay for it, it doesn't work. My time is worth money and I have wasted 4 hours of my time trying to make this service that I pay for work.
