From a quick check of several of the photos, the original image size stored on the server is smaller than the minimum for a supersize ( above 400px x 300px) feature. In fact it looks like they are uniformly stored at 360px x 240px.

If you go to your Auctiva Image Management pages, check those photos for their stored Width and Height as confirmation.

Is there a way to change your pic size on auctiva or should I just change my camera for the photos to be the correct size from now on?

Nothing you can really do with the current uploaded photos. You could update with replacement photos using the Replace button on the Manage Images page.

I'm guessing you are using editing software at your desktop that's downsizing and cropping the image. The 3:2 aspect ratio (360px : 240px ratio) of the photos suggests they are being cropped, as usual aspect ratio from digial cams is 4:3. What's happening is also dependent on the resoltuion available on the camera. If available, you can try setting the camera to higher resolution for future photos, i.e. higher Megapixel capture.
