Hi, I recently started using this service, and items i've listed since aren't showing up as pictures in my ebay store cross promotions, just the name of the Item.
is there a fault?

I just viewed several of your listings and the Auctiva store window contains images in each. Are you still experiencing this problem?
It generally takes 4-6 hours for items liste via eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window.

it's actually my cross promotions provided alongside my ebay store that aren't showing up. It is only the listings I've put up after using auctiva.I am just getting the title, no photo.
Also, my auctiva pictures are the same 12 on all my listings - do they not change listing to listing like ebay cross promotions do?

If you scroll down to ebays cross promotions you'll see the known dead is missing a photo.
Is this what should be happening?
I am more reliant on the different 12 cross promotions ondifferent listings than the same 12 on all listings from Auctiva, so may have to unsubscribe, although I love the one page listing, it makes it much easier.

I checked the listing you posted and I am able to view all 4 images in your eBay store cross promotion=)

Hi Mike, I have 12 cross promotions, you would need to scroll to the bottom of them.
I've looked at other threads and it seems that you would have to pay extra for a gallery pic in order for it shhow up, using Auctiva.
This would double my fees!
Could you please take a nother look, it is the 9th cross promotion, supplied by ebay. Thanks.
