Why can no one find my listing?

I posted a listing today to Ebay from Auctiva and no one can find it. It shows up on My Ebay as being posted, but when I switch user names and search for the item, it can't locate it. Does it take a long time for a listing to post to Ebay from Auctiva?

The item has posted to eBay, but it takes eBay some time to index your listings so that they will show up in general listings. This could take up to 12 hours, and Auctiva has no effect on this delay.
