Why can't I choose a store category?

I'm trying to get my first few items listed in my eBay store, and already came up with the first problem... from the Auctiva listings page, why can't I choose the category I want my store listing to show up in? I was with Auctiva not so long ago (using a different eBay user ID)and this was never a problem then. Any suggestions so I can add things to my new eBay store?

Have you gone to My Account and clicked on Update My eBay Information? Doing that will synchronize your Auctiva work with your eBay store. And, it may not take effect immediately. But, give it a try.

If you have a new eBay ID, you must also submit a token to get eBay to accept your Auctiva listings. You can do that also through My Account.
