I don't know if this will help you or not but found this post from Auctiva Steve.
If this doesn't help, send a support ticket..maybe there's just a glitch or something.

Hello,
The Deletion Wizard is a very useful tool when trying to get rid of large amounts of images, but there is a big disclaimer.
The Auctiva data system only makes an association with an image as in a listing, when that listing is posted to eBay through us. When a listing isn't posted through us, an image associated with it, is basically an orphan. These orphaned images are not good candidates for the Wizard, because we have no way of knowing if it's in a live/scheduled/saved listing.
So people who list through other services, but use us for image hosting, are not recommended to use the Wizard.
I realize that the process of deleting images without the Wizard seems daunting and arduous if you have a lot of images, but I think I have some suggestions to make that task a little bit easier.
1. Use the drop down menu, on the Image Management page, to display 100 images at a time per page, as this will reduce the number of pages you will work with.
2. Try the filter on the Image Management page that reads, "Include only images older than ( ) amount of days. This will return images based on upload date, or last edit date. Thereby allowing you to target your oldest (and most likely unneeded) images.
3. Know that when you see a page count, at the bottom of the Image Management page, that the last page displayed contains your oldest images.
4. If you don't already, try using image folders, they not only keep things organized, but save you time when trying to sift through your images to find specific ones.
Let me know if this helps, or if I can answer any more questions for you regarding image management and the Auctiva Image Deletion Wizard.
Thanks,
Steve
