Why can't I list anything

Anyone having problems listing. I can't list nothing it freezes up on me.

I cannot make a sample auction. When I get to the description, I cannot write anything in the box. It doesn't look like what was shown as a sample. It loads up with errors. I emailed help and they came back with some nonsense and I tried to add to the help thread and it said it had runtime errors. So no contact with them either. This is even the second time i wrote this becaus it wouldn't even load either
