why cant i update store categories from ebay?

i decided to reorganize and began this am..the first set of updates worked fine..then i added new categories and renamed a few and auctiva will not update..any ideas?..thanks in advance..oh, i also logged out and logged back in and that didnt work

Hi- did you get new token to update? Figure you did.. but thought I would ask just in case??

Yellowfeather--I remember I once had that issue so I looked it up...

Per Auctiva, "If you have made changes to your eBay Store categories, you will need to import those changes into your Auctiva account. Mouse over the "My Account" tab within your Auctiva account, select the "eBay" option under "Settings" and click the "Update Store Categories from eBay" button on the ensuing page. "
