Why do I have to repeatedly input my ID & Password?

Hi everyone. I usually prepare my listings on a Sunday evening (bad idea since Auctiva is very busy at this time!) and am continually frustrated by being required to re-input my user ID and Password time and again. I enter both on the Home page then select Images tab - request for ID and PW appears. I complete this and then select Listings Tab - back to User ID and PW request and so on. I get the listings done but in ten times the time! Is this just me? What am I doing wrong?

Hi Andrew,

It's not just you. We have received similar reports from several other customers and out engineering department is currently investigating this issue. However, at this point, I do not have a good idea when it will be resolved.

Thanks Mike - reply appreciated. I hope the fix will come soon and MORE IMPORTANTLY a fix for the no show pictures (sorry that's another thread) but it's a serious problem for a picture hosting site! I started on eBay with Auctiva I've invested a lot of time learning how to use it. Auctiva is GREAT when it works and I feel some loyalty but I have a business to run. I do not want to go elsewhere so PLEASE, PLEASE, get these issues ironed out. Thanks.
