I realize that it's free to use Auctiva, however free isn't good if the site is constantly down due to technical problems. No matter what day or hour it is, every time I try to post auctions, I'm interrupted by some technical glitch in the system. I've cancelled my account 3 times, then reactivated when management tells me that the technical problems have been resolved. Well apparently they haven't been, as I continue to have problems. Maybe they should just charge for the service and do it right, or maybe I should just go back to Vendio where everything worked flawlessly. This is getting on my nerves!
