I am waiting for Live Chat for ten or fifteen minutes, when they are on line, during their business hours and then poof - I am told that live support is closed - even though they are listed as on line? Then I try again and the same thing happens!!
I submit Support Requests and get nothing but form filled answers that don't work...Why don't they care anything about their customers?

We replied to your support case today in 16 minutes, with a non canned answer.

Perhaps it would have seemed less canned if you had included the ISBN number you were using.

You make it sound like you've had this experience before or had more than one support case and I could only find one case with one answer.
