When I come to a new listing and load the Master Profile, it completely wipes out everything I have made in the listing.
Why?
Also it will not take my Tax table?? Why???

You have to load the Master profile before you do anything else..you should even see a warning pop up telling you it will overwrite anything that is already there.
As for the tax table, sorry, don't know anything about that one

Also, in order to use your eBay tax table in your Auctiva created listings, you just need to check the box next to "Use your eBay sales tax table" in the "Checkout Options" section of the Auctiva lister page.
